Shipping is free on orders of $65 or more. Orders under $65 ship for a flat $10. You'll see your shipping total at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). After that, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Your products ship directly from each brand. If you order from more than one, like GlyMed Plus, Face Reality and Skin Script, your items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Right now I only ship within the United States. If that changes, I'll share it here and with my email list.

You can return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please email me at clearlabelskincare@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and I'll send you return instructions. For hygiene and safety, opened or used skincare can't be returned. You can read the full Refund Policy.

I'm so sorry! Email a photo to clearlabelskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement at no cost to you. I may ask you to send the item back.

Yes. My Pregnancy-Friendly Skincare section lists formulas without retinoids, hydroquinone or high-strength salicylic acid. Every pregnancy is different, so please always double-check with your doctor before using any new skincare while pregnant or nursing.

It depends on the product, not the brand. Each brand has some products with ingredients many doctors suggest avoiding, like retinoids or strong acids, along with gentler options.
