Refund Policy

Returns:

We understand sometimes things don't work out! We will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused items within 30 days after item(s) have delivered. (No exceptions).

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns or exchanges by emailing us at info@clearlabelskincare.com.

Only items purchased from Clearlabelskincare.com can be returned to Clearlabelskincare.com. Items purchased in an Authorized Clear Label Skin Care Professional’s office, must be returned to their original point of purchase.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • All returned items must be unused in a brand-new condition with its original packaging - No Exceptions.
  • Once received, your returned item(s), will be inspected. An update on the eligibility of your return will be sent. All approved returns, will be promptly processed for a refund.
  • We will not be responsible/liable for any lost or damaged merchandise that has been shipped to us.

Clear Label Skin Care is made in small batches, to provide you freshest products available.  Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer you an exchange or return on open and used product(s).

All sales are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before purchasing, our Clear Label Skin Care representatives are ready to assist you with any questions about a specific product(s).

Clear Label Skin Care does not offer exchanges or refunds on any product(s), unless it arrives to you broken or damaged. In the event of, please send a photo of the damaged items to clearlabelskincare@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package, we will gladly replace the product(s). We may ask you to return the broken item.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at Clear Label Skin Care. We want to ensure that your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do what we can to assure you are satisfied with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@clearlabelskincare.com at any time if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Cancelations:

We begin preparing your package for shipment as quickly as possible. Should you need to cancel your order, you must cancel before 1:00pm PT on the day you purchased.

If you placed an order after 1:00pm PT, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 1:00pm PT.
