Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Clear Label Skincare! Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Where I ship
I currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $65: $10 flat rate
• Orders of $65 or more: free standard shipping

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Multiple packages
Products from GlyMed Plus and Face Reality may ship separately, so if you order from both brands, your items may arrive in more than one package.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, email me at clearlabelskincare@gmail.com and I'll help you sort it out.

Damaged items
If something arrives damaged, please see my Refund Policy. Just email a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement.
